Corey came out to evaluate our foundation after we noticed some settling. He was very professional, communicative, and on time. He did a thorough evaluation of our foundation and our specific concerns. Ultimately, there wasn’t any work that needed to be done, but he took the time to explain what we were seeing and discussion of how the foundation works overall. He was super helpful and I appreciate he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I feel like that kind of honestly is rare and I would absolutely call Corey with any concerns or work in the future.

I reached out to Kent Companies as our foundation had settled prior to us buying the home and didn't know until we were remodeling. They sent out Rick who was completely professional and extremely knowledgeable in repairing foundations. Rick explained everything to us from step one to completion. We felt very comfortable and confident selecting Kent Companies out of the five companies we had come out. Mackenzie in the office was awesome as she kept constant communication with me through emails and calls so I always felt well informed through the process as well as having an amazing customer service attitude. The guys that came out were awesome as well, they were very professional and carried themselves as such. They worked extremely hard to get our home back where it needed to be. After they were done their clean up was amazing, you couldn't even tell they were there. This company is fantastic and i highly recommend them, I even had the engineer Rex come out to my home to make sure everything was just as he wanted it to be. This type of customer service you just don't see anymore so I am extremely happy to have experienced it and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you guys so much for everything!!!

Most drivers when they have two lanes next to them open and a car is merging on the highway they move over to be considerate instead of what you guys did. Which has matched the speed and try to block the car from getting on. Very good representation of the company in a company vehicle that driver needs to be reevaluated.

I had Kent foundation repair fix the corner of my garage. The guys Who came out to repair It did a great job. They help educate me about helical pier and how it works. And those guys had a great sense of humor and they were fun to be around. I called their boss and let them know they need a raise.Ha ha 🤣

I do not recommend working with this contractor group. I used this company to install flooring at my commercial building in 2017 and the quality of the product never has been and should not have been recommended for our use. That aside, the service is terrible. I’ve tried to get these guys on the phone multiple times to come out and repair the floor and I keep getting the run around from the “division managers”, this is IF I can get them on the phone. This place clearly doesn’t care about working with small companies and I assume is prioritizing big clients/jobs. That would be fine but why take a job if you can’t provide repair service for the work? Why say you’ll call back and then forget about me twice and make me have to call back again and again only to continue to make empty promises and more excuses? Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received.
