The USPS dropoff for packages was broken after I used their self-service kiosk after hours to purchase package labels, so I walked to Parcel Plus and they took my packages no problem. Very nice folks

They will accept an Amazon return only with a printed label. Not a QR code. They will print the label for you but only if the return email offers it.

Always quick and efficient. Workers are very nice, and the owner, Kevin, will bat for you if there are any lost packages. We are very lucky to have this in the neighborhood.

Amazing post office more credible and reliable then usps had great transactions here trusting them with all sorts of producing like camera products worth thousands! Great company great branch! Keep up terrific work great staff!

terrible customer service and unfair policies. i had an issue with my order and instead of offering a reasonable solution, they refused to help me.They were unwilling to help. Avoid this place if you value good customer service!

There is no training or system in place at this store. The package was suppose to deliver to its destination on a Tuesday. It didn’t get picked up until THAT Tuesday. It arrived 7 days after I sent it. Then someone lied at the store and said it was picked up the day I dropped it off? But couldn’t provide me a The FedEx pick up reference number? I was on the phone with FedEx trying to sort this out. And please note, I was never rude to the employees. It just incredibly frustrating that there was absolutely no organization, no clear structure, no training or process in place to avoid these issues. There was one guy (who seemed like the manager) and he was kind but he wasn’t the one helping me out. Suddenly, I’m calling the store afterwards to get an update. FedEx says they have not picked up anything. The store “claims” FedEx did. I even went back to the store in person twice to request any information they could give me. The shipment said it the parcel was “cancelled”; store could not provide a reference # that it was ever picked up. FedEx customer service was supporting me through this and we had nothing to work with. It was severely concerning. Someone on the phone from the store shared “we could go through the cameras and see if it was picked up or not”, after first telling me that it was picked up. Why would this be a practical solution? Why would this even be a suggestion? You should not alert customers that there is absolutely no organization or system after they have paid you $70 to ship 1 document. I would rather go reliably with an actual FedEx/UPS/USPS store, NOT parcel plus. This was a super super disappointing, frustrating, and stressful process. This is peoples livelihood you are dealing with when you’re trusting to send valuables.

This place is awesome. Friendly and helpful. Will take your package and make sure you get the best rate for shipping. Nice store, lots of variety. If you're shipping for Christmas, they even have a deadline schedule you can take with you. Kudos to a great owner and staff.
