Excellent service. The sales person was able to explain the product in details and even allowed us to confirm which size to install after site visit. We originally ordered a mini but changed to a ultra after technician confirm on-site that it can fit. The technician service was also very good. Took time to explain how to use the remote and did a demo and even explain what to watch out for when using the pdt.
Installer patiently installed the product, although we have to go thru what went wrong when the system switched on, there will be power trips. We re-routed the power to other points, still power trip. After a long 1 hour of try out and diagnose, finally he was able to detect, there is a LIVE connector on the heater mechanism, which is exposed and touched the unit, hence the reason for power trip which showed Earth Leakage. The assembly of this unit is not done properly with no 100% QA check and test to ensure system can run properly before handed over to installer. Company has much to learn about 100% QC check.
I had been searching for a laundry system and eventually chose Good Living product. Overall, the experience was good from visiting their Woodlands showroom to the installation. I purchased the Platinum Mini 2.0; it’s well-designed and fits nicely with my layout after the team’s site survey.
The device comes with an anti-collision mechanism that detects obstacles when moving down, but not when moving up. I hope the team can consider enhancing it to detect obstacles in both directions in the future..

Overall, very satisfied with both the product and service. Highly recommended if you want good product with good warranty .I’m giving 4 stars for now as I haven’t started using the device yet.
Product works great after installation about 6 months ago, except small minor issue with led strip, which was promptly resolved as well. Great service from pre-sales to post-sales. Product is much more sturdier and fan much stronger than other brands we saw. Though it's also more pricey, but think it's worth the value for a long term investment
Purchased the GoodLiving Platinum Pro 3.0 laundry rack during the COMEX show in August 2025.
Our installer, Cherh Hou, was excellent. He informed me before arriving and carried out the installation quickly and carefully, less than an hour.
He also gave me a clear demonstration on how to use the drying rack.
Overall, we’re very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommended! 👍
I recently installed a laundry rack from Good Living Singapore, and so far I’m quite happy with it. I went with one of their automated racks from the Swift Series, and it’s made doing laundry a lot more convenient, especially living in an apartment where space is limited.
The motorised rack is easy to use and the remote control works smoothly. I mainly use the fan and heater functions when the weather is rainy, which is pretty common in Singapore, and it actually helps clothes dry faster indoors. The rack also feels sturdy when fully loaded with clothes, which was something I was initially worried about.
