Was deciding between GoodLiving and another competitor brand but ended up going ahead with GL due to the model's double X connector, price and warranty. Communication with sales team was easy and technician Yuan came down, access our place to see which model was more suitable for our space (choosing between Ultra and mini 2.0). He also explained the functions well, marking out the installation site with care and installed fast and efficient. Very satisfied customer here. Hopefully this laundry rack will be able to serve us for a long time.
We are extremely disappointed with the installation experience today. We had to wait almost 4 hours without any proper update or communication regarding the timing.
What is most frustrating is that it would have been very simple to send us a WhatsApp message informing us of the delay or the estimated arrival time. Instead, we were left waiting without any information at all.
We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not go through the same experience.
Technician Yuan came to my house today to install the indoor laundry system. He is very friendly and humble upon arrival, gave us good advise for the location and did a great job durg installation. He showed a demo to me & my son on how to operate the system very clear and detailed. We r so happy wz his service. Thank you so much Mr Yuan 👍

Just got the Platinum Pro 3.0 rack installed by technician Yuan. Very smooth, neat and professional work. He was patient in answering our queries and explained the usage clearly.
