Purchased Platinum Pro during August suntec fair by Elvis. Very well explained on the product. Have not moved in, nor tried the product yet. But hoping it’s the best decision made. Installation was fast and smooth. They explained to me how to function as well.

Selected Platinum model based on advice from helpful staff at Comex fair. Installer was punctual and advised where to position the unit based on the space available, and installation was cleanly done. Overall, great product and great service!

Got the Premium Mini from BTO Group Buy which fits my small kitchen nicely. Yuan was detailed in his installation and explanation on how to use the system. Fuss free to get an installation date too. Good service from sales to installer!

From the get go, the sales/service consultant was very personable and patient in explaining the various features. They were not pushy and were happy to answer all my queries even via WhatsApp. Finally decided to go with the Platinum Pro White, as it was the most valued for money model. Thankful that arrangement for payment and even the installation were seamless too. I’m definitely looking forward to using the laundry rack!

I recently had the Platinum Pro installed, and I couldn't be happier with it! The sleek design fits perfectly into my small service yard. The installation was quick and smooth, with the professional team offering expert advice on the best placement. Initially, I wasn't too sure about where exactly I should install the laundry system because my service yard is quite small but the installers were so kind to offer their expertise and took time to understand what i needed. They even helped to cover the system with a plastic wrap as my place is still ongoing renovation. Though I haven't used it yet, I’m confident it’ll transform my laundry routine. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their laundry setup! :)

Brought the Platinum Pro model during the Comex IT show and got a great deal. Comes with free removal of current HDB one and free installation. Tried it for a few days and it works great! Highly recommend.

Chose the platinum mini version due to the size of my yard. The customer service was very prompt and their installer did a good job. As I opted to get the steel rods reinforcement, their installer had to cut the steel rods on site and he made sure to use the empty cardboard box the system was stored in to protect the area as he did the cutting. He also used a plastic wrapping to contain the dust as he drilled the holes in the false ceiling and made sure to clean up after that. His explanation on how to use the system was very clear too. Job well done!

Went to the showroom twice and I finally decided to buy here despite seeing a lot of other brands and cheaper in price. Their plus points….. 1) Good customer service via WhatsApp and showroom 2) Experience showroom staff which gives me a better understanding of their product 3) Long warranty period (depend on model) 4) Installation is one man only (not easy) Super professional and patience. Explained to me how to use the different functions patiently. Although a bit more pricey than others, but quality is definitely better. Will recommend 😂

I pre-order the platinum mini during the last IT show. I have a small yard so the mini size would make sense. I did my research on all the brands that fits my dimension, only Goodliving products impressed me due to the robustness. The other brands are just too shaky and flimsy. The installation was well coordinated and a breeze. Would recommend them.
