I’m sorry to hear you’re frustrated about this situation. I’d like to clarify that this was not a transaction conducted through my business, but rather a private sale via Facebook Marketplace.

As with many marketplace listings, items are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a deposit or formal agreement is made. Unfortunately, the item sold before your arrival, and there was no confirmed purchase in place.

I always aim to communicate clearly and treat people fairly, both in my business and in personal transactions. I understand this was inconvenient, and I genuinely regret the misalignment in expectations.
