He explored the various options with us that our small yard can actually fit Platinum Pro but he reminded us that we should cater space for the rack so we got the Platinum Mini 2.0 in the end. He was also very professional with the installation. The laundry rack is very easy to use and a great choice as compared to using dryer.
I have been to the showroom and their staff done a explict explanation of the dryer and decieed to make a purchased of the platinum pro 3.0. The installation is fast and easy to use.Fan speed is strong which can speed up the drying of the clothes.

Lovely service, great product as it is the perfect size and good functions for our home and laundry routine. Ali, the installer, was very experienced and could give us great advice on where to place it and he did a great job installing the rack and patching up the ceiling.

I recently purchased a automated laundry rack from Good Living , the Swift Dual Fan model. I made enquiries in the evening after working hours ( as that's when I was free) and got prompt replies from Natasha , Ashley and Christine of customer service. The ladies were very thorough with my requirements and asked for the location and area of installation, the height decent from ceiling etc ....
I managed to make a decision on the spot via WhatsApp communications as I was comprehensively advised by Christine.
An order was made at around 9pm that night, and was given an installation within a couple of days as required by me .

The automated laundry rack completely upgraded my laundry routine. It's sleek design made it astetically pleasing. The rack allows for a rather large load ~30kg. More than enough for my family of 4. I also appreciate the LED lights that illuminates the rack making it laundry retrieval trouble-free. It also has drying fans and UV lamps to disinfect clothes on top of all the convenience.
Overall I highly recommend the
Swift Dual Fan from Good Living as it really streamlines my whole laundry process. I cannot imagine going back to my old methods.

Was introduced to this drying by a good friend who has used it for more than 5 years & installed another one in her new house recently. I must say this drying rack does not look clumsy and confirmed my decision in not getting a dryer which will take up space in the yard. There’s option for 3 or 6 hrs drying which served my purpose. Larger pieces of towels can be hung on an extendable bar which can be lowered. Thank you to the technician who installed the rack-patient and clear in his explanation. Well invested ! Thank you also to Ashley, customer service for her patience and prompt replies in my unending queries.
