Dr Chad & the team were incredibly compassionate & empathetic when it was time for us to say goodbye to our good boy Chief. From start to finish they handled everything with care, knowing it's time to say goodbye is incredibly tough & knowing he was going to taken care of so well made the process a little t le easier. Given the nature of the service, it's not a happy time but Tiffany at Goodbye Mate was empathetic, kind and thorough with all of our dealings. The vet was knowledgeable and explained the process and what I would expect, incredibly thoughtful when he asked if I wanted to carry Azereus to his car.Hopefully I don't have to use them again soon, but the next baby that needs to cross rainbow bridge I wouldn't hesitate in choosing goodbye mate again.
At such a sad time it was time to take that decision. in the comfort and peace of his own home, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Zeus. Zeus gets very stressed when visiting the vets and saying goodbye at home was the most caring experience.The vet attended was very calm, explained the process, and was very respectful.
