Fantastic programme for anyone who is wanting to setup a business. A place were you can discuss in private your growth fears and learn of all the other business like minded people. The Mentors really know their feild and have unlimited amounts of knowledge and a so helpful . They go above and beyond to give you the support and guidance you need to setup your own business. A fantastic programme and i recommend anyone who needs support when building a business to go on these courses, you wont be let down .

I was confident that I could deliver my services and generate work but the prospect of running a business terrified me. It wasn’t easy finding somewhere to learn all the essentials whilst holding down a full time job. Good to great not only gave me the flexibility to attend sessions at times that suited me it also hit all the essential skills that are required to run a successful small business. The one to one sessions I received after the initial course were priceless and I was guided all the way by people who are actually running businesses. It certainly gave me a head start into the business world for which I am extremely grateful.

I am really grateful for the knowledge and support provided by Johnny, Sally and Sarah as part of the 8 week Startup Masterclass programme. The programme provided me with some key insights and reminders of the essential components of a successful startup business, and have helped me set up my company (Numbero Ltd) on a solid footing. As an added bonus to the masterclass, Good 2 Great have also introduced me to their vast network of businesses and associates across Shropshire through their Friday hub and Growth club. This has been amazing for me to connect to so many great people who I never would have met had it not been for Good 2 Great.

The Good2Great start up masterclass is a fantastic course when you are starting up a business or even a review of the basics when you are a few years in. The team are all knowledgeable and supportive and the networking aspect encourages peer support.

In my experience, many business start-up support schemes are underwhelming. Usually, the quality of advice is poor, outdated and given by people who haven't experienced the struggle of setting up in business. None of this was true of our experience of Good 2 Great. The quality of the training workshops was outstanding. The information given was of a high quality, not formulaic in the slightest, but clear and easy to follow. The supporting resources provided took away the need to spend hours working out how to structure financial projections etc. The mentoring element was particularly effective. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Eddie and valued his mentoring style, which was warm, engaging and supportive. The fact that he has the credibility that comes from having set up businesses and experienced failure and success was a real bonus and meant that his advice was rooted in experience, not theory. As someone who has run their own business for 7 years and was using the support for a new business, I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of value I got from Good 2 Great. My wife, who hasn't done anything like this before, found it incredibly useful. The aftercare package, which involves some marketing help and an excellent networking offer just serves to emphasise the fact that this is a first class support package created by people who clearly know what they're doing. I thoroughly recommend Good 2 Great to anyone looking to start a new business.

This course has proven to be invaluable in giving me the tools, skills and knowledge i needed to start the ball rolling with my business.
