After being made redundant following 34 years of service, I decided to start my own business. It was a completely new experience, and I really needed guidance. I came across Good2Great and joined up for a 2-day intensive workshop at the Dudley Archive Centre. The layout and course materials were just what I needed to start my own business Eddie Allan was brilliant in his delivery of the course, to follow up after the course I was given 1-2-1’s with Jason Scott, who guided me through the next processes to owning and developing my own business, then to add to the Good2Great community every Friday they have an online Friday Growth Club, presented by Johnny Themans and Eddie Allan which covers even more material and help for starting and developed business, I would highly recommend Good2Great, as I have learned so much, and continue to learn, keep up the fantastic work Good2Great and Thankyou for letting me be part

I attended a course hosted by Eddie Allen recently followed by online one to ones with Eddie and i cannot highlight the value and quality of support provided enough, it really is a must for anyone thinking of or sdtarting their own business! As an established proffesional deciding to start my own small business i really did (wrongly) assume that it would be a piece of cake....of course it would be as i was used to dealing with big clients and trusted with very large sums of money together with contractural decisions affecting a globally successful business. Well, what a wake up call i have had! no HR,Finance, Precurement, Marketing or many other serevices to hand that i had taken for granted for 35 years. Thank you Paul - this is so insightful - we have many people attending our start up course who have had big responsible roles in corporate life - however it's a completely different kettle of fish when it's YOUR money, YOUR time and often pretty much on your own so all YOUR decisions.

I am lucky enough to live in South Staffordshire, so my local council put me in touch with Good2Great. I was lucky enough to be paired with Jason Scott. Massive shoutout to Jason. Having never had formal business training, I figured there would be no harm in taking up the offer to receive some via Good2Great. I have to say that I was very impressed with the format, delivery and substance throughout the course - reminding of some core lessons I’ve learned already, but also highlighting things I had never considered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent support for small business owners I was initially unsure how beneficial the Telford & Wrekin Growth Enabler programme would be as a sole trader, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The sessions gave me a much clearer understanding of financial planning, marketing strategy, and the importance of building dedicated planning and admin time into my schedule. I now feel far more confident focusing on the areas that really make a difference and drive income in my business. Would totally recommend these amazing people!!! I wasn't 100% certain on taking my side hustle and making it a career and have in fact now chosen to focus on leveraging the skills from current job instead. BUT, that being said, the Business start up programme, gives you everything you need to know to truly set up you're own business and the follow up online meetings afterwards are fab. Jason was brilliant and I felt alot more supported with his help.
