Hayden and team were terrific. Great customer service to our event and directly to our guests. He handled everything from set up to engaging and managing our closest to the pin contest. I highly recommend.
I would highly recommend working with ParTee Golf Rentals! They were reasonably priced, easy to work with and have a fantastic and friendly team. We used them at a professional event and they did a great job interacting with our clients.
I booked a golf simulator rental for my 40th birthday celebration, and the company completely ruined our plans. On the day of the event — with only four hours’ notice — they texted to cancel. Their excuse? Their tech called in sick and they had no backup available.
This wasn’t a casual Tuesday afternoon booking. It was a milestone birthday with guests who had made plans to attend. Four hours is nowhere near enough time to scramble for an alternative, and the fact that an entire company’s ability to operate hinges on a single technician with no contingency plan is unacceptable.
If you can’t guarantee reliability for events that people are counting on, you shouldn’t be in the events business. Even though they refunded my money back, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your golf simulator rental needs.

We sincerely apologize that we were unable to fulfill this event. Situations like this are extremely rare for our company, with this being the only event missed in 4 years, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been.
As soon as the situation arose, our team made every effort possible to find a solution, including reaching out to other event companies in an attempt to secure a last-minute replacement. We also immediately issued a full refund and offered a substantial discount toward any future booking in an effort to make things right.
In over four years of operating and serving our community, this is the first time we have experienced a situation like this. While we take full responsibility for not being able to attend, we also believe it’s important to recognize that one isolated incident does not reflect the overall level of service we have consistently provided to hundreds of successful events.
Our team works incredibly hard to deliver reliable, high-quality experiences, and in this situation we had to make a difficult decision that prioritized the safety and wellbeing of our staff and your party attendants. We stand by that decision while still acknowledging the inconvenience it caused.
We truly regret that this experience did not meet expectations, and we are using it as an opportunity to further strengthen our processes so we can continue providing the level of service our customers have come to expect. ParTee creates a great opportunity and space for new and avid golfers. Beginners get an opportunity to get an idea and feel for the game in a safe space at their pace. Avid golfers get an opportunity to see and workout strategy in their game. ParTee provides this for all skill levels. Thx Hayden for being on time and providing our church family at the Center of Hope a great experience. 👍
We are having a golf tournament fundraiser in March and we wanted to get folks excited, and quiet any anxiety about coming out for the event. This was a perfect way to do both! Hayden was super helpful, friendly and efficient. People had a blast! I’m so glad we gave this a try! 🎉

Amazing experience! Everything went as well as I could have hoped for. They thought of everything. They had clubs for everyone kids, adults (right and left handed). Lots of people who never played golf joined in on the fun! Highly recommend.
Par Tee Golf Simulator was the star of our event! The setup was sleek, professional, and fit perfectly into the cocktail reception atmosphere. Guests loved taking turns on the simulator — it added the perfect mix of fun, friendly competition, and sophistication.
