I thought he was very good. He really explained the thinking and evaluating to me. Also suggested I get a digital thermometer if I wanted to make sure the temp stayed in a good range. Then charged a reasonable amount for the part and labor which was about $ 140 less than another place’s estimate.

I can see why he has so many five star reviews. I called every appliance place in the area for a fix for our dryer at our business and he had the most amazing customer service. He was so gentle and patient and above all he was Customer first I haven’t seen business like this in forever, especially in this industry and I am I was just blown away by his kindness is integrity and his customer service he won’t let you down

Geoff did a very good job repairing our Frgidaire Affinity dryer. He solved a squeaking sound, and cleaned the inside of the dryer (1st time it had been done in 20 years). He was very patient and informative in explaining what he was doing. We will definitely consider Gold Ridge for any future needs.

My experience was really good very friendly repair man, honest and reliable professional. He got the dishwasher working with a touch of a button and he showed me how to fix it if it happens again. He doesn’t even know whether or not I will get charged because it was as simple as pushing a button, but even if I do, it was worth it because my dishwasher is working now
