After selling our house in Centennial Park and at the suggestion of our son, I contacted Mark Goldman to discuss possible purchases of apartments in the Eastern Suburbs. Our requirements were very particular as we wished to purchase two apartments in the one building; a larger one for my wife and myself and a smaller one for our other son. The purchases should also be carried out simultaneously.
I met with Mark on the Tuesday morning. By later that morning he had arranged an inspection of two recently renovated apartments in an ideal area but unfortunately they were not what my wife and I wanted. Later the same day, he arranged an inspection of two quite newly built apartments in an ideal location; one having a spectacular view over the city skyline. Contracts for the purchase of both apartments were exchanged by Friday of the same week. Both purchases were “off market“ sales by the original buyers and neither would have been achieved without Mark’s knowledge of the market, contacts in the real estate world and diligence throughout. Mark was consistently courteous and helpful, and achieved a great result. I would have no hesitation in recommending his firm to potential buyers as his firm has far greater knowledge of what may be available in the real estate market and access to potential vendors and agents.
Before meeting Spencer, we had spent a very long time searching for a home on our own and missed many great opportunities for all sorts of reasons. Meeting him finally brought our long home-search journey to an end. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and efficient, and helped us find a house we were truly happy with in less than two months. The whole process was not only professional and efficient, but also very relaxed and stress-free. He never put any pressure on us and always respected our choices, making every step of the home-buying process feel easy and enjoyable.

We had a really great experience working with Ben & William to buy our family home in Pymble.
They showed us a mix of both on and off-market properties, including some homes we probably wouldn’t have considered ourselves. One of those ended up being the home we bought.
They were genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the whole process and we always felt really supported. Their communication was excellent, they did thorough DD on the property and we really valued their advice and strategy, especially towards the end of the purchase process.

We engaged Deny Bernardo as a buyers agent in late 2025. We had very specific critiera and had been looking ourselves off and on for an extended period of time with no luck. Much to our surprise, Deny found our dream home off-market within several weeks. Working with William Langan and Ben Cohen was an absolute game‑changer for us. After more than a year searching (and more than a few heartbreaks) they helped us finally secure our first home in less than six weeks. We were extremely particular about what we wanted: a place we could happily live in for the next decade or more, raise a family, and feel truly at home.
