The first dress I cut out myself and sewed in this studio a year ago was done perfectly. This year I contacted them again with my own pattern for cutting and sewing. When cutting and sewing, mistakes were made that resulted in deformation of the neckline, shoulders and front of the dress. It got to be impossible to wear. The studio's
master offered me an option - to return the dress for correction, but, firstly, I could not be sure of the result this time, and secondly, I was limited in time. I had to alter the dress myself. The cost of cutting and sewing according to my pattern was more than 470 dirhams.

What is the purpose of having a ladies section if you cannot employ capable female staff who will take the measurements for women. Ridiculous.
Ladies section has men... and you are expected to be comfortable with him fitting your clothes, taking body measurements and touching you. This is the UAE, do better.

I’m not the type to write a review, if anything not a good one but I’ve came here a few times now, previously being happy but now with a similar dress to the last, I explained what I wanted, but what I wanted done differently to the last dress and I wasn’t listened to, it’s okay if it’s too big but when it’s too small you just know nothing can be done about it, I said a few times I didn't want it tight around the belly and just the waist, as it was tight at the top and loose on the bottom half. He just said yes yes yes and I just knew it wasn’t going to be done, I felt really beautiful in this dress and I just don’t anymore. to listen to what we want done with our clothes is literally the basis of the job. I gave an opportunity to resolve but they haven’t responded, 2 $350 dresses to waste because they didn't listen.
