Wade did a great job explaining all my options, what they cost, what's included, and how long the job would take. He delivered on everything he promised, even finished early and cleaned up his work. The new heater is working great. And he gives a warranty on his. I recommend contacting Wade for any water heater issues.

WADE saved the day for us! Our water heater broke down and we were out of hot water for 6 whole days! It was the end of December going into the new year, no one was working during the holidays or already BOOKED. Our regular plumber was backed up for 10 days and so I reached out on Yelp projects for help. Wade responded immediately and walked me through his process of replacing our water heater. I was told by several tankless water heater service firms that, given its age and condition, they would no longer conduct a descaling and service on our water heater and that replacement was the better option. Golden State was competitively priced and I liked the fact that Wade is a sole proprietor and does all the work himself. He was on the list of Noritz preferred service firms and proved to be as or more knowledgeable than most of the other "employees" of other, larger firms. Wade did exactly what his original estimate quoted and a few unforeseen extras for no extra charge. I was pleased with the job, his service and integrity

Let there be STEAM!!!! If I could give this man 6 stars I would. He was clear, straight to the point, didn’t make me jump hurdles just to quote me, he even gave me his pricing over the phone (based on my water heater’s error code), and came next day to install a new water heater since mine wasn’t worth the price of fixing! Having someone honest who is willing to tell you all your options (like fixing the broken parts versus installing a new water heater), and THEN is willing to give you the exact pricing for those options is hard to find now-a-days. I truly recommend this man; he does a one man operation, works hard, and gets the job done like he said he would; I can’t tell you how many times handymen/contractors have said to me “I’ll let you know if something comes up and I can’t make it” and then only show up if they please; instead he was punctual and today, I was able to take the hotest shower I’ve had in my new home thus far. He even worked with my work schedule so I could come home to hot water after I told him I work 10-11 hours a day 5 days a week and was going to be without hot water until my next day off 🥹. Thank you SO much Wade you are a blessing!!!!!! ☺️🙏🏼

I was referred to Wade through my home warranty policy. I'll admit, when I looked him up and saw almost perfect 5 stars, I was a little skeptical. But after he installed my water heater I can see why he has such amazing reviews. He was super communicative from the start and I was always briefed along the way. He did a fantastic job installing the water heater (properly and to code) and I will definitely be calling him again for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Wade truly saved us today
After a week and a half without proper hot water, three different plumbers failed to diagnose the issue and incorrectly told us our water heater was the problem. The stress was overwhelming and put a critical medical procedure( Radio active iodine treatment ) for my husband at risk.
Wade was the only plumber who took the time to truly troubleshoot. He quickly found the real issue the water heater had been installed incorrectly. He fixed it promptly, was extremely professional, and explained everything clearly.
Because of Wade’s diligence and expertise, we avoided canceling an important medical appointment. We are beyond grateful for his work and highly recommend him .
