After reading other positive reviews I called to make an appointment for my mother’s car to be serviced. Clint listened to my situation and made the service appointment an easy experience from start to finish. They were patient and knowledgeable, reasonably priced and throughly accessed the vehicle. Communication was flawless (this is sadly so rare at an auto shop) There were no high pressure sales just logical recommendations with photographs of the vehicle and a service tech that called after checking the car to explain everything to me. I live just north of Houston so the layered problems that I’ve been trying to deal with from far away have been a total nightmare and I was expecting this to be another one of those but I was so very surprised and grateful that this one was a breeze. We will be back for all future service and repairs for her vehicle. Thank you Golden Rule Auto. 10 Stars

Have used Golden Rule about 6 times and very satisfied with repairs, estimates and text messages. If I have to leave my car, they always provide a way for me to get home. All employees are very nice and polite. I give them five stars.

I cannot express the peace of mind I have when I have any car issues, because Golden Rule is the best mechanics hands down. Extremely trustworthy and kind. Never suggest to do anything that is not needed. Been going here for over a decade, and glad they are also close! 😂

Kept me informed every step of the way. They use messaging to kept me apprised. They show pics of the problems and discuss courses of action. Friendly staff and reasonable. Will be back, hopefully not for a while since they did such good work. Lol.

Golden Rule is my go to repair shop for our cars and truck. They I’m usually the one who takes the vehicles in and I never feel like they take advantage of me or sell me things I don’t really need. Their prices are fair and they always do a good job. They are honest and trustworthy.

They are always friendly and personable. They explain everything thoroughly and even provide pictures for better understanding and record keeping. They let me know about issues that might need attention soon or in the future so that I can schedule repairs rather than be surprised by them, but never push me to do repairs that are not needed. Most importantly they fix my car and do it right.
