I chose Golden Proportions over a few other agencies bc I felt a connection and they would understand my needs & goals. So far they haven't disappointed. They built my website, enabled me to get online presence quickly, optimized my SEO and are now launching my social media. In addition they monitor progress and results and meet with me regularly. You might ask, "sounds expensive"? Maybe, but it frees me up to do the stuff I need to do & I know it's being done properly and professionally. I'm grateful I found them. I have to say I am pretty blown away by everything that I have experienced so far. I was very skeptical of marketing companies and so did a lot of research before hiring GPM. I was referred to them by my consultant and a few other dentists. Jen Bernstein has surely exceeded my expectations. She spent a ton of time understanding our unique goals and vision and then catered my marketing plan towards it. She also did a lot of research on my area. Gpm has a proprietary software that helps you understand so much more about every phone call coming into your office. I feel like I have learnt so much about our processes and our strengths and limitations, after Jen showed me all the data. And after that I really appreciate that they also give you tools to improve and even talk to your team. I feel like Jen is part of my team now. I would highly recommend dentists to try them out. It’s also nice that there’s no contract.

We were referred to GPM two years ago by our practice consultant, Janice Hurley, and we couldn't be happier. We had been with other dental marketing companies over the years but GPM is hands down Top Dog in delivering the results they promise. In the beginning I was very happy with my services. My web site is awesome, walked me through my concerns, assisted me with my marketing goals. I was telling others in my field how great they were to work with.
Once everything was started though, things changed. I informed them the google number wasn’t correct. I was getting calls for other businesses, I was brushed off by Emily G and told that all was good on their end and it had to be me or my staff was misinformed. I’d send in picture or info in to be added to my web site and it never happened. I was asked to send them again and somehow they would always get lost.
In the end I was counting down till my contract was up and I could cancel their service. If I could go back and save my money I would have. I wish I had gone with someone else.
