Edit: After finally getting ahold of them through the website chat (and waiting 10 minutes between replies), I was told that drinks are not shippable for some reason and because my order was only drink products, they wouldn't fill my order. Other companies are able to ship those items just fine so I'm not sure why that's a thing or why I was able to order them on the website if they weren't actually deliverable (or why I didn't receive an email of the cancellation). Unless Golden Eagle is able to deliver drinks/beverages, I guess I'm going to just have to find someone else for my wholesale needs.

I ordered from this company a full month ago and they haven't filled my order or responded to the numerous emails or calls I've made between now and then. It shouldn't be this hard to give someone money. Phone calls consistently go straight to voicemail during standard business hours.

Each heavy item clearly mentioned on our site that it’s for local sales. It says in our terms too. We don’t mind shipping those but additional cost of 275 per pallet is really not worth it when customers can easily get those locally. But if you missed the statement on each product while placing an order. We truly are sorry and will do best to make it even more obvious for customers from out of state. I arrived at Golden Eagle Distributors for unloading — they took me straight to the dock and unloaded me quickly. Very friendly and helpful people, true professionals. It’s a pleasure to work with such folks, everything went smoothly and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Keep walking throughout the day, still you won’t be able to finish viewing their products. Huge warehouse with 5 dock. Amazing place to shop for wholesale and gas stations.
