In Dec 2022, we contacted GC plumbing experts about installing a Zip Tap. They attended around 12:30pm 13/12/22 (to quote), they used pushy and deceptive sales tactics to justify a quote circa $2100 saying it would take remainder of the day and half the next day to complete and most plumbers won't touch zip taps. We apprehensively accepted. At approx 2:30pm, the plumber informed us he was nearly done. After we challenged his quote he said it's fixed price not hourly. We spoke to his manager who said how quick he did it shows how good of a plumber he is and offered no more than $50 off the price. The plumber then spent the next 1-2hrs walking between our kitchen and his car and left at 4:30pm after taking payment. 30/9/25 we had someone from Zip tap attend to inspect the Zip tap due to it not working. The Zip plumber informed us our hoses were blocked due to incorrect installation (see photos, hoses long, curled, sagging and after photos cut to size). Algae built up due to this. Lots of compressor overrun errors due to this. The plumber then informed me the 2025 installation rate is $550

Wow Wow Wow - Exceptional service by the Gold Coast Plumbing Experts P/L team of Pablo, Max and Sok. Professional in every way - including communication and appearance. Our very old hot water system failed on Sunday. I texted G C Plumbing Experts on Sunday evening and was responded to and by Monday midday, we had our new hot water system installed! Thanks to Sok for turning up at 7am, diagnosing, explaining options and taking the old system away, and to Pablo and Max for the installation. No wonder they have so many great reviews. Highly recommend.
