I was instructed to incorporate a company on behalf of my client from the UAE, who was in the process of establishing a holding structure. Having approached several firms, including KPMG Switzerland and Deloitte, I concluded that paying a premium was unnecessary. The level of legal and corporate expertise demonstrated by Lily and Marcus (whom I highly recommend) was on par with, and in certain instances superior to, that of the larger firms. Goldblum and Partners is a well-established firm, ranked in international legal directories, with over 15 years of experience. Their depth of knowledge is evident from the precision of their inquiries during the engagement process. At the very least, I would recommend retaining them for a second opinion in complex corporate and commercial matters.
