Latitude USA is such a wonderful service I was not aware existed and the VA connected my father with their wonderful company. Mandy was incredibly helpful, professional and caring while she explained to me my father’s options for his medical alert necklace. I hope more people learn about your companies services.

My 98 year old mother fell and laid in the floor for 12 hours before we found her. She suffered a brain bleed and an arm injury. She spent several weeks in the hospital and rehab center. When she was discharged I contacted Latitude USA to obtain a fall alarm. I really like this alarm because it makes contact with us automatically. You don't have to push a button for help, which would be a problem if she was unconscious. She wears the alarm anytime she is by herself. We are contacted immediately and enables us to respond to her. It is a God send. It alleviates so much worry. Any time I have had a question the Latitude staff has been very helpful. I highly recommend their alarm for anyone that is a fall risk.
My father-in-law is a Korea War veteran and received a Latitude device from the VA for fall protection. We discovered his device had gone uncharged for an extended period of time and had lost its communication ability. Liz’s customer service got the unit back in original running order and she helped update the alarm contact list. I couldn’t be happier with her help and how Latitude supports their product.
Liz done a great job, getting my fall alert button working properly and explaining to my wife and daughter how the alert works on calling their phones and how the system works. Also she got my location syned with the fall alert button..very good service. Very pleasant to talk to. Thank you.
I had a real good encounter with Mandy today she took good care of me on the phone answered all of my questions with a positive attitude. It was very helpful. It was nice reaching out to her. She had a really good sense of humor and seemed to take care of business with no problem whatsoever. I appreciate the what I’ve been given here to use and hopefully everybody else might realize that this is a good a good thing to use with this latitude.
The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable. She offered tips on how to manage the life saving device. She gave me other pointers on how the alarm works and hood practice sessions.
She was very considerate when I had to immediately stop talking and tend to my husband.
