10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. My girl had her double BBL and 360 flex done at the Bronx location. Gonna try to write this as short as I can. These people that work at this location steal the patients pain and anxiety meds. Not only my girls meds were stolen but the other patients that were there that day too. They have 0 communication with patient, and the patients driver. The plastic surgeon, Christopher Johnson, had terrible attitude to the patients, and made rude comments to the other girl getting a BBL talking bad about her body. They couldn’t even ask a question without him interrupting and answering before the question was even finished. This place is shady, and dangerous. They walked my girl out to the car, after 4 hours, covered in lipids and body fluid, helped put her in the car and walked away. They gave her the discharge instructions orally when she woke up in the room alone. She was still out of it from the pills so she didn’t remember anything the “medical staff” said. I called to ask for help for aftercare and they are impossible to get a hold of. We had to figure out the bleeding, and pain control on our own. She was in a lot of pain the day/night of the surgery. As like I said, the staff stole her pain meds that we picked up from THIER pharmacy of choice before her surgery. You cannot tell them which pharmacy to use as they only use one. They required us to bring her pain meds in for her surgery. I’m telling you, this place is really shady, something is going on behind closed doors. Don’t believe the hype on social media. Just because this place might be cheaper, doesnt mean it’s the right place. Only positive thing I can say is the masseuse, Elana, did a great job and informed her of things that the medical staff did not on the day of her surgery. Find another plastic surgeon even if it’s a little more money.
They deserve 0 stars "Dr Johnson" omg caused me so much pain, first they canceled consultation 3 times before surgery and the day of the surgery he made me go naked infront of the other 3 ladies thay he was operating, was so painful I'm my weight is 160pounds 5'2 and he did the lipo with local anesthesia but not epidural they literally put some lidocaine or something like that and you can feel everything he even cut me deep with something and put staples on me he hurt so badly and he curses at his staff, poor girls do what they can. Everything in that place was dirty, they even take a urine sample in a plastic cup the ones for drinking not a sterile one. The pain has been horrible and a nightmare I hope no one goes here disappointed. Don't use goals also they ghost you once you want to call back. They take your money. And also brooklyn offers massages only Mondays and Fridays and they are always short staffed

Terrible experiencia paso mi amiga ahí por casi le quitan todo, se hizo un supuesto 360 con bbl y le partieron la aguja en el estómago no tenín máquinas suficiente para extraerla, mi amiga le tocó estar 4 días hospitalizada ahora le hicieron eso y faltal, ahora pide garantía ya que esa cicatriz le quedó muy fea, y no le dan respuesta ella va denunciar si hay alguien más aquí con problemas deberían de unirse y hacer una sola denuncia no es justo que pase eso, la falta de profesión es terrible, se hacen los bobos cuando uno habla pero si es para cirugía le prometen el cielo, no se operen ahí malo todo y aparte nunca solucionan nada, ah y cogen el celular de las pacientes y ellos mismos se publican en la página cosas bonitas terrible experiencia ojalá mi amiga pueda superar vese episodio ya que hasta psicólogo fue ahora solo va denunciar
I had my flex chin/neck lipo with Dr Erwin and he was very professional and straight to the point, he also made me feel comfortable before, during and after my procedure, this was in the Ridgefield location.
I just did my post/op massage/drainage in their Bronx location and they did a fantastic job in explaining everything to me, and what to expect. Kayleen at the front desk is super sweet and knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction with my next steps in my aftercare. Elana was my masseuse, and she was very thorough with my care, and explained everything she was going to do with me, also very warm and sweet. Definitely a good experience with them ❤️

I went to goals for my surgery and it was easy, simple, no complications. Dr. Panda did my bbl she did great I’m loving my results. I’ve also been getting my post op massages with elena and I started feeling so much better instantly after I got my first drainage. Everyone here has been so much help with my recovery.

I had such a great experience here after my surgery. They were extremely gentle, careful, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The staff was so nice, professional, and informative — they explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. You can tell they truly care about their clients and recovery process. I highly recommend them for post-op massages and care!
