If you are in need of Gluten Free run....don't walk to Gluten Free Gourmet Hub! If you are a celiac there is NO cross contamination. We have tried everything on the menu. Everything is AMAZING! I can't stop thinking about the onion rings! We also have done the weekly family meal pick up at Mixon Kitchen. Check out their schedule, we have also gone to the truck in the Half Moon parking lot (if you don't want to drive as far). Please support this new small business!
So glad I found them i had chicken parm sandwich so amazing go much mozzarella cheese the bread was a lil fall apart and id give it a 8/10 the chicken amazing breading cheese sauce flavor great bread less then stellar but gf bread is a hard thing to get perfect im great full for the option to have this at all my bf had Cuban didn't say came with mayo mustard he was so happy It did and taste so good again alot of cheese so happy. And I got mozzarella sticks great breading nice cheese grease burst when bite into. Nice size portion i think 6 maybe sticks. I also got 2 cookies i tried to order two of her best sellers sold out but they called me right away and gave me sub option for cookie I picked red velvet and chocolate chip both thick cake like cookies with cream cheese icing so good. There were no options for drinks however she was able to call other vendor (thank you) so i could add a drink and pay exact cash for it. I was great full for that option as well and I am excited to order more from this restaurant I am glad they were able to be part of a ghost kitchen. Im excited to try the best seller cookies and also see the menu expand. Thanks i haven't had gluten free food like this for years. Thank you so delicious
