Just an amazing experience from all aspects. No one likes surgery...or insurance...or post-op care. But they took care of it all. Dr Ganesh is a rare nice surgeon. The nurses and other medical staff are excellent at their jobs. This was the easiest medical visit (for any reason) I have encountered.
This is my second back cyst removal with Dr. Ganesh. My first removal in 2022 was a great experience, it was a small cyst, it healed so well and the scar almost 3 years later has lightened so much, I couldn't identify where it was despite looking very hard for it.
This time round, I came in with a huge inflamed cyst on the back. The clinic assistance was impeccable throughout my whole consult, surgery and recovery period. For a big 4cm x 4cm saucerisation procedure, with the right specified care and interval check ups, I was able to fully heal in under 5 weeks, this made me really glad!
It was very reassuring to know that I am on the right track of recovery by Dr. Ganesh and the clinic assistants every time I visit. I was happy to be taken through step-by-step for the claims process and expedition of the pre-authorization so I could do my surgery in November and heal by December. I'm really happy the website provided all the necessary details on how the charges would be claimed and the things to note for recovering from each procedure, it helped a lot!
I’ve only consulted Dr Ganesh twice but both encounters were nothing short of excellent and assuring.
I was referred over from another specialist and he took a genuine interest in my health condition that was not entirely related to gastrointestinal health.
Dr Ganesh gave generous explanations on what I could do for my gut health even though in the end I decided not to do a scope with him.
It is evident that Dr Ganesh truly cares about patient welfare beyond clinical procedures and it shows in all my interactions with him.

I had umbilical hernia treatment under Dr Ganesh. Absolutely no doubt that he is very experienced and have made me very comfortable before and after the surgery. I can walkabout with ease within a week and back to my usual routines after 2 weeks. I am really grateful to Dr Ganesh's care and am really pleased with the treatment results. The clinic has a really wonderful and friendly service team too. All the administrative matters such as insurance claims, hospital admission and appointments scheduling are so smoothly executed. Overall, a really wonderful experience. Keep up the good work team !

I had a cyst infection removal at my buttock area.
On 7 June, which was public holiday, I called many clinics but most never pick up the phone. To my surprise, Ms Lisa from G & L Surgical Clinic return my miss call and invite me come down for doctor consultation. She even try her best to arrange a operation room during holiday. Really appreciate her help and fast response.
After the surgery, my discharge was on the same day evening and Ms Lisa even came back to the hospital specially just to make sure everything go smoothly. Was very grateful and appreciate her help and the follow-up.
Dr Ganesh was very kind and explain everything clearly. He never rush, and take time to listen and answer all my questions. The most important is the whole surgery is very fast and painless, I didn't even feel any pain. Dr Ganesh will always make me feel calm and safe. He is very experienced and steady, and trust his skill and judgement.
Also special thanks to Nurse Serene, she came to my house twice a week to help clean the wound and change dressing. She explain the cleaning process very detail and make sure I understand how to take care the wound. She was very patient. Even after that, she will give a follow-up call to check and make sure the wound is well taken care of. She really go extra mile.

What can I say about this clinic been coming here on and off for 7/8 years most of the time I don't even need to see Dr G 😉 I come to see the girls and get free water if truth be told 😆 That aside I would recommend this clinic to anyone with mid drift problems, Dr G is top tier in my eyes and I can't wait for my next visit.

Had a scalp lipoma removal with Dr Ganesh. Very pleased with the whole procedure . Was referral here for my inguinal hernia repair.. first visit to Dr Ganesh was a warm welcome by all the staff at the front desk and was greeted by Dr Ganesh in the room. He did a very detailed explanation on the procedure and scheduled a earliest slot for me. Throughout the whole procedure his staff periodically update me details of what to expect next. After the procedure the follow up wad smooth sailing as well, the team never fail to show their concern on me, whenever I have question their reply was swift too. I highly recommended G&L and really a big thanks to the whole team from G&L.

Feb 25, went visit to Dr Ganesh and Team, within next 2 days able to book for endoscopy. Found out has polyps and gallbladder stones. Took Dr Ganesh advised to remove and luckily I removed as it was so infected. The Team was very proactive and got my removal appt within days. Surgery was very successful and thanks Dr Ganesh and the team for taking great care of me!!!

Great team of Doctor and assistants , truly care for their patient and displays utmost professionalism and hospitality.
