Verified Company
I usually don't like to leave a bad review but here it goes. I called this company because they seemed to have top notch aluminum gates and was dealing with a rep named "Logan." At first he seem very friendly and helpful. I then placed an order for a 4x6 side gate kit (their HD verison) on feb 27, 2026. I sent him a photo from their website of what I wanted as he walked me through their ordering process.
First issue: rep stated they do not except credit cards for payments. (Fine, what type of payments do you guys except?) They only except "Zelle" for payments. I then placed my order with this rep. Sending $1700 through zelle hoping this would be a complete order. Keep in mind they had charged me $250 for shipping.
He had a guy drive it up in their personal car and his excuse was "They're going up there anyways".
Second issue: when I got my order, I noticed there was only 8 slats. It was clear the rep had under quoted me and a refund was not an option because I took it out of the plastic to look at it (how would I have known by looking at it wrapped up that I was missing parts) From the photo I sent, it clearly shows about 14 -15 slats. So I decided to place another order adding more slats costing me additional $700. On this order, he had me put down a deposit of $300 FOR SHIPPING through Zelle stating they will refund me the difference. Not a problem, I just need my gate installed at this point so I decided to pay for my order. He had my order shipped out the same day through FedEx which only Cost $79 (I was on the phone with Logan when he was at FedEx), no receipt was emailed to me (like he promised). He only sent me a screenshot photo of the tracking number. He promised me they will refund me the difference for shipping. Didn't hear anything all week until the following Friday nor did he follow up on the issue.
Third issue: Friday comes, I had to call the 425 number explaining my situation because by now the rep stopped answering my phone calls and text. Finally this company decided to refund me $100 back through Zelle. I'm not sure why they are refunding me $100 when shipping was only $79 with a $300 deposit?
I called the rep Logan and the owner multiple times within the week waiting for a refund / solution, still no answer, whatsoever. Basically they are just ignoring my calls. So I decided to call their 425 number again and wanted to speak with a manager in charge. Once again, I no one is calling me back. Seems this company is quick to take your money, but when it comes to returning money, you gotta beg for it.
I even messaged and called the owner / boss, guy on YouTube -- no reply, whatsoever. supposedly he is in charge. Maybe because I'm not a celebrity spending thousands of dollars. Just like others have stated, "they might have top notch gates, but their communication and customer service is trash.

Just a update: the rep Logan called me back and apologized saying that he spoke with the owner, and that the owner wants to keep my $120 for profits ("he needs to pay his workers for boxing up my order and bringing it to fedex) his exact words.
The owner called me back and after a very heated and unprofessional chat he advised that if I wrote a bad review, he would void my warranty. Yes, this dude actually said that to me. Im sure im not the only customer he talks to like this (very rude). This place will nickel and dime you. Go elsewhere for your aluminum gates.
