False advertising, bait and switch. I made an order, paid extra for 3 day FedEx delivery by Saturday. They shipped via USPS and I won't get my order until the following Monday. I called to question the shipping method and was basically told "to bad so sad" I requested a shipping cost refund and was told NO. I will never use the company again and hope no one else will.

distributor is not to be trusted. my contractor purchased a surecrete product ( color) Yovanni is his name, and applied a color that was not the correct color. He left me with two different colors and agreed to correct it. I did pay him ( like a fool ) because he said he would come back. He never answered my calls. Spoke to distributor Globmarble in Brooklyn, sent pictures of the two different colors and they would not stand behind their mistake. I had to call the manufacturer in Florida and sent him all the proof, the cans, the batch numbers and agreed Brooklyn was wrong in the color they sent me. Surecrete stood behind their product even though Globmarble in Brooklyn would not and sent at no cost the correct color to me. Sad to see there are companies that can not be truthful and stand behind their mistakes. Never purchase products from Globmarble in Brooklyn, However Surecrete products are outstanding and would recommend them to everyone. Find another distributor by calling the manufacturer
