We started with a less expensive option, but the work was subpar and it was obvious that there was a quality gap, so we switched over to Andrew and have no regrets - the extra cost was well worth it. I worked with Andrew to design my home in early 2022. After a comprehensive initial meeting I received the first draft of my plans and it was evident that Andrew had listened to all of my requests and had tried to work them into the plan. We worked through a couple of revisions after I reviewed the plan and had discussions with my builder (Dixon Contracting) - the process of making revisions was quick and easy. Andrew also had good advice about energy efficiency. Now, in spring 2023, I've just moved into my home and I absolutely love it. Although I likely won't need to, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Andrew again. Thank-you, Andrew!
