I have owned my Discovery Sport for three years and, during that time, always took it to JLR Chichester. Unfortunately, after receiving appalling and unprofessional service there last year, I decided I would never return.
When my car recently developed an EV-related issue, I wasn’t sure where to go. After calling around several garages in the area, I was recommended Glenrands.

While there were a couple of minor communication issues along the way, the overall experience was excellent, and I left completely confident that the problem had been resolved properly.
The car also received a thorough inspection, which identified the need for a replacement rear wiper, and everything else was confirmed to be in great order. When I collected the vehicle, it had been cleaned to what I can only describe as showroom standard — it looked absolutely beautiful. A huge thank you to the valet team for the care and attention they put into it.
The standout employee for me was George, who delivered an absolute masterclass in customer service. Thanks to him and the wider team, Glenrands has earned a customer for life, and I would strongly recommend them as the premier JLR service and repair centre in the South.

We’ve had some really bad experiences with Hendy Land Rover in Southampton before, even though we live just five minutes away! We were about to sell the car and never buy another JLR product again. But, the car needed some work, and my wife received fantastic support, kindness, regular updates and a car that was fixed before the expected time. It was returned looking as good as a professional detailing service.
I can’t recommend them highly enough and George Winn was credit to the business.👏
For now we will keep the vehicle and not think twice about what to do when work is needed.
Natalie was amazing getting our car into the workshop quickly and ensured the repair was completed in amazingly fast time so we had our Discovery back in time for our holiday. She kept us updated with the progress of the repair and the mechanics did a first class job.

I actually used Glenrands for the first time today, because Natalie works there! She always provided a five star customer service when she worked for Sytner, and once I knew she was now at Glenrands, I booked my Velar in immediately. Natalie always goes 'above and beyond' and delivers exactly what she says she'll do; she's knowledgeable, courteous, patient and actively listens and provides effective solutions. She's the consummate professional, and if, like me, you expect and appreciate excellent customer service, you will not be disappointed. The level of workmanship provided was exactly as expected, and my car was also cleaned inside and out, to a very high standard, for handover. Jim, the driver who dropped me home and collected me, the next day, was also an asset to the organisation, and I'll have no hesitation returning to Glenrands with my car, when the need next arises.
Just great service. Did the job in a timely manner, car came back immaculate and on time. Great communications before during and after the work and they even delivered the car back to me which is an extra service that I was not expecting. Natalie managed the whole process from booking through to return, took full ownership and did a perfect job throughout. Has restored my faith in repair centres and they’ve set a high bar!
