I had an opportunity to have Gleam Guard refinish my kitchen cabinets and my powder room vanity. They did an amazing job at a great price. I am so pleased that my cabinets look like new after 21 years. The technician, Ian, is amazing at matching the original cabinet finish; it has not looked this good for a couple of decades. Thank you Gleam Guard for an awesome job!!

We have a new kitchen. Goodbye 25 yr old oak cabinets, hello to clean, nicely stained like new, cabinets! Ian L was friendly, hardworking, understanding, w our bit of colour indecision, punctual, and thoughtful. This was a decision we’ll worth it.

We had solid wood kitchen cabinets that had lost their shine and showed wear in the areas around the various knobs.
While we are somewhat satisfied with the finished product, we are less than fully satisfied with the detail work. We have areas where the repair is obvious while perhaps being difficult to make “like new” which was our expectation.
The workers who are contract employees of Sure Guard were professional and tried their best to do the restoration to our satisfaction but in the end, they clearly missed the mark. So in the end we have cabinets that are much improved but not as much as we had anticipated.

Update: we continue to need warranty work and despite three attempts to contact them, they have not had the decency to contact us.
If you are relying on their stated warranty, you may want to consider some other service provider.

Originally was happy with the work done. Then we noted areas missed and the new finish coming off. Now looking at getting another company in to correct GleamGuards previous work.
I do not recommend them.

I had not heard of the Gleam Guard process for refinishing wooden cabinets, so didn't really have any expectations. The wife wanted it though, so. That said I was wowed by the end results. Daniel and Dylan were very meticulous in their work and it was very evident that they wanted it to look great (it does) and for us to be happy (we are). The cabinets haven't looked this good since we had them installed 17 years ago. Thank you Daniel, Dylan and Gleam Guard!

I called Tracey, he gave me an estimate. Kenny came over the next day and refinished our kitchen cabinets. He did great deailed work. We are really pleased with the work. We highly recommend Tracy and his team for refinishing your kitchen cabinets.

Tracy, owner of company from Vancouver came to see us on Vancouver Island and explained the process. Brandon and Josh from Nanaimo came within a day. They spent 2 days refinishing the cabinets. They have excellent work ethic and are professional and pleasant. They were happy to answer any questions. Our cupboards are same shade but richer in appearance. The finish is very easy to clean. In our opinion we have a new kitchen. We are impressed with results that exceeded our expectation. Really nice people! We recommend their professional services. Thank you Gleam Guard!

I had 13 year old kitchen cabinets looking tired and worn. found gleam guard in a small advertising booklet in our mail after speaking with the owner tracey we decided to go ahead. Daniel and Dipesh showed up on time. they were polite , professional ,careful not to make a mess, took time to make sure it was done right, happy to touch up areas of concern that my wife pointed out. i must say the cabinets look truly amazing!! like brand new at a fraction of the cost of re-facing or replacing .i would not hesitate to recommend gleam guard to friends and family. it was a truly amazing result. we are very happy. great job guys
