Called GlassGo to replace the side window of my very old ('93) Corolla after it was hit by construction equipment at my apt complex. Alan somehow found an original window for it. During the process of attempting to fix the broken regulator, the window glass shattered into a zillion pieces. By luck, he found another one miles away, came back and completed the job! He's 5-star amazing with a 100% customer-satisfaction attitude. Highly recommend.

I had such an amazing experience with Alan at GlassGo! He got my window fixed in less 30min. He was also extremely nice and went the extra mile to fix a part in my window motor that he discovered was broken once he got inside the door. I don’t think I even have the right words to express my gratitude for Alan at GoGlass. My windshield had a huge crack and in it for months. Being a single mom who is struggling to make ends meet with a high insurance deductible, I wasn’t sure how I was ever going to afford to get it replaced. GoGlass quoted me the lowest price I found in the metroplex. I called to schedule and appointment and Alan was able to schedule me right away for the next day. He came to my work so I didn’t have to take any time off and took care of the installation in under an hour. When I went out to pay him, I shared with him how important it was to me that their prices were so good. I have an ongoing situation with NTTA that has put a lot of additional pressure on me financially. Alan was super understanding and explained to me how to get my toll issue resolved. Then later that day when a problem arose with my windshield, Alan was super responsive, ordered replacement parts, and set up a time to get the additional work done. He remember what I had told him about my struggles and fought for me to not have to pay any additional cost. This man and this company have been such a blessing to me. I will definitely call of them for any auto glass needs I may have in the future and refer others to them whenever I get a chance. Not just professional, quick service but compassionate care for an amazing price. Seriously a great place with great people. You can’t go wrong.

I buy and sell vehicles regularly, so I deal with windshield replacements more often than most. They did a great job replacing a windshield on a Ford F-150. Pricing was better than the usual auto glass vendors and the quality of the install was solid with no shortcuts
