Thanks to Glasgow Medical rooms, and specifically to Chris for the physio therapy over the last couple of months. Contacted Chris with some neck pain and subsequent nerve damage - he was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. His diligence and level of care was fantastic. Thanks Chris!

This is my second time using GMR for a seafarer medical and I will absolutely be coming back in the future.
From booking online until the appointment end there were zero issues or complaints. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. The medical examination was top standard.
I couldn’t recommend GMR enough. 10/10

Attended Glasgow Medical Rooms for an appointment with Dr Sheila O’Neil today
The admin and reception staff are all very helpful and pleasant and I have nothing but praise for them.
Dr O’Neil is an excellent GP who is very knowledgable and non judgemental. There are never any problems attending Glasgow Medical Rooms for an appointment and I have no problem paying the fee to see her privately.
Highly recommended.

I’ve only given five stars because I can’t give six. Dr O’Neill’s ethos has filtered down to the rest of the team creating a fantastic medical practice. My most recent experiences have been with Dr Morton, nurse Gemma and front of house, Tyla; I have felt listened to and very cared for. On the reception side the girls have been really friendly and very efficient. It is worth every penny and has made a difference to my health and quality of life.

Unhelpful and rather cheeky. I called up asking to book an appointment for my elderly mother who is suffering from anxiety and cannot leave the house. I have a power of attorney document, and plenty of money to spend on care, yet the receptionist refused an appointment and kept repeating "we don't have the facilities". What facilities? I asked to see a doctor on my mother's behalf. I have no idea what the doctors are like, but sadly, even as a business owner with money to spend, I couldn't get past the receptionist to get my mother the help she needed. She told me I need to "contact the NHS", which I found extremely offensive. I did not contact a private GP to be told to contact the NHS and get on a waiting list for the next month for a 5 minute appointment if I am lucky. Awful company. Beware. I will be seeking private healthcare elsewhere.

Dear Tom,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience when contacting our practice.
As a regulated medical service, we are required to ensure that all patients receive safe and appropriate care. In situations where we have not previously assessed a patient, and where there may be concerns about any health conditions, we cannot ethically or legally provide treatment without a proper medical evaluation. In such cases, it is our duty to refer the individual to the NHS or their registered GP, where they can be reviewed safely by a clinician with full access to their medical history.
We appreciate that this may have been frustrating, but patient safety must always come first.
