My experience at Garden City urgent care was very positive . I arrived with a significant head injury and was taken immediately into the treatment room and was attended by a knowledgeable and friendly RN. Shortly Dr. Creighton checked out my head injury and advised me to be transported to RI HOSPITAL for advanced treatment. My care was top notch by the doctor and staff, I will return again if needed.
I am quite distressed. I hold Garden City and its staff in high regard, as they consistently demonstrate exceptional care. However, I have encountered an individual whose conduct has been consistently unprofessional. On two separate occasions, this individual, Robert J. Amrien, exhibited discourteous behavior, failed to conduct a proper examination, and spoke to me in a harsh manner. While I attempted to address this matter, it appears to have reached an impasse. Despite this, I continue to value Garden City and its staff, as they represent an exceptional establishment.
Dr Elevado is kind and caring dr he trys to help you if he doesn't know the answer he does the the tests till he finds the answer to help you I've kept him on his toes trying to figure what's going on with me he's been very busy doing all kinds of tests the nurses are nice . When call i always get a call back . I really like dr Elevado and his officers ♥️ they take good care of me
