The entire staff is always pleasant to talk with and the technicians and doctors give a very thorough explanation to whatever services you are receiving.
I called the office of pure Smiles Dental at Biloxi to set up an appointment and I was in there the very next day that is a blessing on its own right there everybody was absolutely kind caring very helpful and eager to help I have a feeling I need replaced and it's going to be taken care of I would totally recommend them to anybody especially if you may have a little kind of trauma or phobia of dentists this is the place to go because they are kind they listen they understand I will go back again.
Just in and out for routine maintenance. They are the best I’ve delt with in 40 years. Have and will continue to recommend. Keep up the great work ladies. Never have I ever “wanted” to go to the dentist until now.
Initial visit was as expected; however, knowing how badly I needed to be seen, I was invited to come in early. Very friendly staff. Doctor was informative and offered options for treatment.
