I am a repeat Giant customer and for good reason. Along with having a vast amount of carpeting to choose from, the sales staff are friendly, helpful , upfront with costs and not pushy. Thank you John!! I would also like to comment on Marlon who has done 2 installs for me. He along with his partner, do meticulous work!! Marlon shows up on time, clearly confirms all instructions, is neat, polite and professional . Marlon knows what he is doing which is why I had asked for him to do a second installation. One more thing, I have had a not so good experience with a big box store and a Really not so good experience with a “ little guy” store. So when I say the team at Giant has been a pleasure to deal with, I say it with true honesty. From start to finish I am very satisfied Giant customer.

We had a fantastic experience with Giant Floor from start to finish. We worked with John in sales, who was incredibly easy to work with — we changed our order a few times before finalizing, and he was always kind, patient, and quick to respond. Our installation team was led by Darwin, who communicated clearly before the appointment and arrived exactly on time. The team removed the old flooring, installed the new floors, and added trim all in one day, and the quality of the work was outstanding. We are so pleased with both the product and the service. The staff at Giant Floor made the entire process seamless, and we will absolutely be using them for any future flooring projects. Highly recommend!

We are thrilled with our new floors!! Adam was great and worked with us and our budget. Darwin and his team got our floors done start to finish in less than a day, and they’re super solid. amazing for pets, spills, etc. another company wanted 30k to lay down vinyl plank, Giant worked with us for under 8k. we got our measurement and estimate, picked out the floors, worked out a price, and got them installed in under 2 weeks. very impressed and highly recommend
