I called the on-call doctor for an urgent question: I broke my pelvis in 2 places & my regular IBS-C pill isn't working. I have had fecal impaction twice. I have severe constipation. I called twice & he never called back. There have been so many problems with GI Alliance: I am done. What's the point of having an on-call doctor if he doesn't call patients back???!!!

Dr Moxon is one of the most considerate outstanding doctors there are. He took his time and explained every part of the procedure of the colonoscopy and reassured me of his findings. I would highly recommend him. My husband has been going to him for the past 15 years and I have gone to him for the past 10. He is very kind and caring.
Scheduling will not return phone messages.

Dr. Schoenig and his staff are the best. Very efficient, friendly yet professional. Other than the prep, the procedure is quick and easy. And Dr. Schoenig stops shortly after you wake up so you have results before you even leave. If he does see anything suspicious, the biopsy results are on the portal within 2 days. Highly recommend!!
