Today is July 16. My colonoscopy itself went well on July 8th, however, there was no follow up to my repeated emails and phone calls to answer my questions on why I haven't got back to regular BMs yet as of today. . I even went into the office personally July 15 and explained the situation to the staff member behind the desk . She wrote everything down and said that Dr Robinson or his M.A. would call me.... As of 2pm July 16 I have not received a phone call . The lack of follow-up and interest in my situation post procedure is why I am giving Dr Robinson and GI Aliance of Homewood a one star.
My experience at Denver Endoscopy Center was amiable; let's be honest, they made a non-fun experience as palpable as it could be. Dr. Lawrence Miller, NPI 1912116732, made the operation relatively quick. However, the wait time from check-in to operation felt a bit too long. I wasn't able to find a resolution to my GI issue and had some concerns with communication but that was alleviated when Denver Endoscopy Center's Admin Allison reached out personally to help facilitate the communication breakdown between my provider and I. I can say that Denver Endoscopy Center maybe cares, but it wouldn't have been possible without Allison.

Everyone was so kind made you feel comfortable. I was seen within 5 minutes after check in. I was seen by Gina Kelley. Omg such a lovely woman. Made me feel totally at ease. Every guestion I had she had an answer. She obviously knows what she’s doing. And the scheduler I had was also so nice and pleasant. Wow best experience I’ve had for a office visit.
