Yuliyan first came to my rescue several years ago, when looking for a gas safe engineer, he was the nearest. He was punctual, polite, professional , knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have used him ever since to service (and move) my boiler and for a couple of rental properties. He is a pleasure to deal with. Always able to fit around tenants availability. I feel well looked after by Yuliyan and feel I can call on him in an emergency. Since I first found Yuliyan several years ago, I have never had cause to even think about using anyone else to look after my gas appliances.
