I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious situation involving a company that operates through your platform.
I was recently hired as a manager by this company, and during my onboarding process, one of the team members shared her experience with me. She explained that she, along with many others, has been working for months without receiving any compensation, without a formal contract, and under conditions that were presented as legitimate. This situation is deeply concerning and reflects a lack of oversight within your platform.
As someone who was brought into a leadership role, I find it alarming that I was not made aware of these issues beforehand. Like the rest of the team, I trusted the legitimacy of this opportunity based on the reputation and credibility of GoHighLevel. It is unacceptable that companies can operate in this way while using your services.
I strongly believe your platform must implement stricter transparency measures. At a minimum, companies should be required to provide formal employment contracts or verifiable documentation of working conditions when onboarding new employees. Cases like this where individuals are working without contracts or base salaries.should not be allowed to occur.
