Asked them to check my tires with my Service B just because it's been giving me issues about tire pressure decreasing but no signs of nails on the tire, they said they checked it out they added air and got rid of the code. I felt confident but then air decreased again. went to discount tire to find our my tire was splitting in half. I drove 45mins here because i trusted them. I wont be coming back

Hi Julie, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your tire after your visit.
When your vehicle was here for service, we inspected the tire externally for common causes of air loss such as nails, screws, or other visible punctures, but we did not find any signs of external penetration. We corrected all tire pressures and reset the TPMS system at that time.
The damage shown in the photo appears to be cracking/splitting on the inside edge of the tire. Unfortunately, this type of internal sidewall or inner-edge damage would not have been visible during a standard external inspection and typically cannot be identified without removing the tire from the wheel. Since there were no visible signs of an external leak during our inspection, there was no indication that tire removal was necessary at the time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused. We always aim to provide thorough and honest service, and while we understand your disappointment, based on the symptoms and findings during your visit, there were no obvious indicators of the issue shown in the photo. We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels moving forward. We hope to see you again in the future for any of your vehicle needs.
