I’ve had a great experience every time. The customer service is excellent, and I never feel pressured by upselling. They provide honest recommendations on what needs to be serviced without making you feel forced into anything. Highly recommend!

I routinely bring my M Benz to G&G for service and maintenance. They consistently do an excellent job. I am always very pleased with their level of certified car care, and their professional customer service. It's always easy to communicate with Art and the staff, they answer questions and know what they're talking about, no matter how big or small the issue. Highly recommend.

Calvin was phenomenonal. The crew at G&G solved a year old problem that the vehicle was having. That I had other so specialist work on caused more problems. They resolved the issue at hand in a timely manner at a fair cost. Will highly recommend theses guys.

Service was amazing during the whole process. The staff catered to me and made sure I had water and a ride to my next destination. They even sent LIFT to my home to pick me up and bring me back to the shop. Awesome experience.

Absolutely the best in service. The master mechanics were able to get my 450SL running like it came off the showroom floor. They sent pictures and video to diagnose the issues I had on my 46 year old car with the estimate on the scope of work. Never had that with any mechanic shop before. They are very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a Mercedes mechanic in the Las Vegas/Henderson area that will do a good job and treat you right, go to G&G Autohaus.

Earned a customer for life in a single visit. I’d just bought a 2022 Mercedes from CarMax and needed a pre-purchase and pre-road trip inspection before my return window expired. They fit me in the next morning, performed both inspections, and gave me a thorough sit-down debrief on everything they found. Threw in an oil change while they had the car — fast and reasonably priced. Exactly the kind of shop you hope to find.
