I’ve been visiting this medspa for several months now, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From facials to waxing, vitamin shots, and even support with my weight loss journey, every service has been fantastic.
The facials are always relaxing and leave my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my complexion and overall skin health. The waxing is done professionally and with minimal discomfort, which is a huge plus!
I’ve also had vitamin shots, which have given me a noticeable energy boost. Plus, the team has been super supportive with my weight loss goals—offering personalized advice and treatments that have helped me make real progress. Tina has been especially amazing in helping me stay motivated. She’s always encouraging, listens to my concerns, and provides great guidance. Her support has been invaluable!
The staff is professional, friendly, and really takes the time to listen to your needs. They make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way and take a tailored approach to your treatments. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and cared for.
Highly recommend this medspa for anyone looking to treat themselves and get great results. You won’t be disappointed!
I get Botox often, and I love the Injectors and it it always so clean and all the staff are so communicative and amazing. I love this place i definitely recommend Vita to everyone. They always have amazing specials.

First time visiting- the office is clean and beautiful. I was very impressed with the staff- they made the atmosphere extremely welcoming and were all very professional. Gianna was fantastic. She was meticulous in her work, explained everything carefully and was a joy to be around:).

I am SO impressed with Vita Wellness. I got a Groupon for waxing and I spoke with Gianna who was incredibly kind and professional. She got me scheduled quickly and provided a great service. The studio is also very bright, clean, and has a happy vibe. I highly recommended Gianna and Vita and will definitely be going back!

These people are not licensed. Gianna is really wonderful but they have inexperienced injectors and claimed they're doing Botox Groupon but it's really jeauveux.
My face is lopsided. I went there for their "Botox special" and mentioned that my dentist and primary care doctor recommended that I get Botox In My Jaw muscle to stop the grinding. The injector claimed that they could submit the information to my insurance company and put 20 units in the left side of my face and nothing on the right.
Of course I went back and I was lucky enough to meet a true injector who felt so bad for me she got me to get some free Botox to try and fix it but it's still not fixed.
I've gone to several different providers and no one wants to touch my face until the left side of Botox wears off.
I'm 61 years old looking for a job with a lopsided face.
They haven't provided me any information or who their medical director is or tax id number or billing NPI for my insurance company after numerous conversations.
They think that because they gave me a refund I should not file A claim with my medical provider. That is totally fine with me but I'm warning you stay away!
When I actually went back I heard a gentleman screaming at them that they're doing false advertising which they are.
They don't know what they're doing and I'm going to sue them.

I just wanted to come and do a little update. I started my weight loss journey with Vita. And a year later I'm so happy with my results. At this point I'm maintaining my lost lbs. And the staff is so knowledgeable that I'm on a very low dosage and very comfortable in my body. Again thank you Vita!
This is my go to place for all my skin care needs and semaglutide/ weight management. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming
