Had been interested in doing this for a while, i decided to stop holding off and get it done. Absolutely worth it, got both the InBody Composition Analysis Scan and the ECAL Metabolic Profiling Test. I am able to move forward with my fitness goals with more clarity and understanding, which ultimately will help me be consistent and efficient with it. Better than training for years and realising that I’ve been doing the wrong things the whole time. I would 100% recommend this to any and all that want the most out of their fitness.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Steve and The Scan Van!
I went in for an initial scan in mid-2024. We sat and chatted about why I was there and what I was hoping to achieve, then we went through the results together.
Prior to this I'd tried every diet and cardio combo known to man, and was feeling defeated. I thought I had a good understanding of macros and what I needed.
When Steve went through the results with me, he explained what my body needed from a caloric and macro perspective and suggested I look into going to the gym. I thought that would consist of just running on a treadmill but he explained I could sidestep the cardiovascular and just use weights/machinery. Total game changer!!
I started going and fell in love with the way it made me feel, physically and mentally. I'm really happy with the results of my follow up scan and am looking forward to seeing what progress I can make by my next scan!
Book in for an initial scan! You won't regret it.

Steve was outstanding. Great to work with on the phone leading up to our group session at our studio, and that was just the beginning.
Steve has a great energy AND level of expertise. Every question that was asked he answered with a very digestible level of detail and humour to go with it. His background in nursing has left him with a great bedside manner, which really helped some of those who's scan results indicated a need for changes in lifestyle choices, as he handled it with grace.
Steve knows his stuff, delivers it in a very easy to understand way and cracks jokes to make sure everyone is enjoying the experience. Will 100% be working with Steve in the future.

The scan report is quite detailed and provides in depth analysis of my body composition. Helps me have a targeted plan of approach on what i need to improve.
Steve is fantastic and patiently explains different aspects of the report. I have learnt so much from him past 5 years i have been doing these scans before and after training camp at my gym.
