We had extensive work done by Side-Pro in 2021. We had a new metal roof, new siding, new insulation, new doors, new paint, deck replacement, gutters and more. We were very impressed with their communication, organization, professionalism, kindness and consideration. Their work was exceptional. After 5 years it all looks brand new. We also got a very minor leak this year around one of the roof vents. When I called Duane he was responsive, had Faith contact me and within a day there was a team here to fix it. This company is truly the best we have ever worked with.

For homeowners without professional construction knowledge, the industry feels confusing, with different companies giving different explanations and costs for the same issue. What we appreciated most about Side Pro was their honesty and professionalism. Alex, DJ, and Jack shared their opinions directly and transparently, which we respect. When a small issue came up during the project, their manager Sam took the time to explain it clearly, making us feel that Side Pro cares about its customers. The crew, Jman and his coworker (sorry I’m not sure how to spell his name), were detail-oriented and did careful, quality work. We hope more people can find a professional company like Side Pro.

I was referred to Side-Pros by their competitor (Northern Pacific Exteriors) for siding repair on a home in a HOA. As most people know it can be restricted on what can be done depending on the HOA bylaws and covenant. Instead of spending $25-30K in doing a full backside replacement of the home, which would go through lengthy reviews. And I needed it done before fall weather and rains began. I worked with DJ on an estimate and Faith to coordinate repairs on the +20 year old home. They were able to source the rare siding and make repairs for a fraction of the price. Highly recommended!!!!

I needed to have old broken shingle siding replaced on the side of my 90 year old house. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Ryan was great at explaining all the options. The bid was very thorough. Billing, scheduling the bid and the work etc was efficient and easy. The crew came did the job and cleaned up immaculately. It looks fantastic and I am confident that it will last another 90 years. It was not the cheapest bid that I got- but it was the bid and the company I had the most confidence in. Thank you Side pro.

I had a great experience with Side Pro, thanks to Alex, the estimator. He was friendly and listens well, and was quick to address my concerns throughout the project. His professionalism and the competetive rate , and the strong reputation of the company convinced me to go with this company after 4 other bids. Sidepro replaced 4 sides of my house with cedar planks and repaired several fascia boards that has worn out over the years. They found rot in the plywood behind the cedar planks and the additional rate to repair were reasonable. The two crew members that did the work were Jose and Federico. Jose was the main guy, highly skillful, very strong and friendly. They came on time, worked hard, always pleasant. Thank you Sidepro for having such an excellent crew and staff to work with.

This is a fantastic company. On our house they did siding, roof, paint, installed replacement windows and gutters. Every crew was as professional as anything I've seen in the construction business, and they all had good people skills. They performed every phase of work timely, and with low impact on our lives; good scheduling. It seemed their primary goal was quality. They had contracts for all work performed, and communicated changes. The billing process was fair with adjustments both up and down, and excellent documentation. All of this reflects good management. I'm guessing these are top-down management values. Every crew started their part of the project with a supervisor on site, and after that, the supervisor would reappear and inform me of the phase progress. There was excellent communications through all the phases with me, the property owner. It seems everyone I know has contractor stories that are bad news. Side-Pro is a shining example of how contractors SHOULD perform and communicate... it has been an excellent experience working with them.
