Total Honesty, never bought a commercial mower before and did a lot of research and knew what I wanted.
The normal salesman were all away for an expo and I worked with the mechanics, shop guys. They were absolutely fantastic guys! Truthfully I was very happy NOT to deal with salesman. However my issues were with financing and equipment quality. Each mower had different concerns and issues, flat tires, unserviced, destroyed blades, wouldn't start, sounded rough, noisey steering, and even with good credit the financing was not as advertised. 0% turned into double digit % and a lot of time in the office. I should walked away or paid cash and been done with it but I drove an hour with a trailer, had recent water line emergency expenses that required extra funds.
Bottom line, I'd really look over the equipment you get here (extensively) and not finance if at all possible. Mine also came with an oil leak somewhere I still need to get serviced as well.
Joe was super helpful. Crew was informative and professional. Easy financing.

I purchased a Derette V1000 mini skid steer from Adam at GSA Equipment. We kept in touch while I was waiting to have my machine shipped and delivered to me in central Florida.
The machine was received in good condition and Adam gave me everything that was due to me. Its a very nice and capable machine and my experience with GSA Equipment was top notch.
I would do business with GSA Equipment again and know I would get what I want.
