I was a customer of GSA Equipment for the last 5 years. This past winter my Ferris IS3200Z Zero-Turn Riding Mower was picked up mid December and not brought back until January 28, 2026 six weeks. It went in for Service and a spindle problem. My tractor sat outside the whole time in the Below Zero weather and then when they tried to start it they burnt my starter up, trying to jumpstart it, and it scratched it all up, moving it around with a tow motor, bring it back and the spindle problem was never fixed and I had to pay for a new starter that they burned up trying to jumpstart. They told me it was a pre-existing problem I made at least 20 phone calls through the whole process and they lied to me every time I called. I am a 70 year-old man that was a loyal customer to them and they took advantage of me and I know this post probably won’t be even put up, but it’s the honest truth. They destroyed my tractor like a piece of crap that I took care of and waxed and washed all the time. It’s all scratched up now and they told me you can’t prove anything. They lost my business way to treat a good customer.. I could’ve taken more pictures, but my tractor is being fixed right at another shop.
