Very good service. Car looks nice & job was completed in timely manner. Great customer service. Only negative is the use of technology in communicating with reminders of appointments, surveys & so on. I prefer dealing with humans. IT is trying to replace the human race.

What really stood out was David’s transparency—he explained everything upfront, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. He was also incredibly efficient without cutting corners. When I picked up my Honda, it looked amazing, like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

Christmas day 2025 -- my 4.5 y/o daughter took a wrench to the side of our mini van to "make it look cool". I'm talking white lines / scraches ALL OVER THE SIDE. I cannot stress the "ALL OVER" part enough. I was sure we would have to have it repainted. I'm talking this was pretty bad...
On a long shot, I googled for people that could maybe buff out / clean scratches in paint. I found Mayes, saw the 200-300+ five star reviews, and figured it was at least worth a shot...
Man, was I right. David did an AMAZING job. My wife and I are still not sure how he got the scratches out. It looks as good or better than it did the day we bought it at CarMax (it's a '21 Odessey). I'm seriously blown away by the quality of service. The icing on the cake is the customer experience. David is kind, patient, a great communicator, has automated reminders for you appointment/payment, and send progress picture of the job.
I really can't recommend Mayes Auto Detailing enough. Like seriously, please give them a shot. I am going to take our other car there for an interior clean. David earned 6 stars if that were an option.
