Seamless process from start to finish. Survey was completed within a week of booking and the report was available to download within a couple of hours of the survey being completed. The report itself was highly professional, full colour photographs attached so we knew exactly what the area was that was being referred to. Would highly recommend.

Decided to go with GetHouseSurvey purely based on the sample report uploaded to their website, after asking a local Surveyor for a sample and they refused. The report we received from J. McDonnell was 41 pages long with a lot of detail and images, it was exactly like the sample and caught an issue in the attic we weren't aware of. I was also happy to see our surveyor was on the Chartered Surveyors list. We paid for the survey on July 3rd and received the report July 15th. I used the code "FTBI50" to get 50 euro off the survey, which made it 130 euro cheaper than other quotes I received. Our surveyor also checked our boundaries for us which I seen other companies trying to charge extra for. Would recommend.

Clowns Dire company. Missed damp, cracked window, gutters, unvented shower extractor that was sending water into cables and the ceiling, broken window frames. I'd say the 'engineer' spent 10 mins in the property max. Additionally, he didn't bring a torch or damp meter (well equipped). Safe to say that we got a full refund on the survey as they knew from our contact that they had dropped the ball. Now stuck with a house we will be spending thousands to put right. Donkeys. Advice, avoid and go local.

I honestly can’t recommend GetHouseSurvey enough. We were moving quickly with our house purchase and needed the survey done within a week. Their website made the whole process super easy — it’s clear, straightforward, and you know the price upfront before booking. What really stood out was the communication: we got WhatsApp updates at every step, from when a surveyor was assigned to when the survey was booked and completed. To our surprise, the survey happened at 12pm and we had the full report by 5pm the same day. Absolutely amazing service!

Absolute Superstars! I'd say they're exactly who you think of when you need something like this done. They even squeezed me in next day on estate agents request while they were booked up all week! The survey itself was simple, comprehensive and had titled picture of the subject matters. Also the engineer who carried out the survey had more professional titles than there are letters in his name. What more could you want!? I recommend them full heartedly!

I highly recommend GetHouseSurvey; they took all the stress out of the process! Being able to liaise with the team via WhatsApp and receiving automated alerts about our survey was amazing. We got an incredibly helpful engineer and had our report less than 12 hrs after the inspection. Great team and will be recommending to friends!

Such a great service. From the get go dealing with Noel was amazing he chatted with me to help understand what would be done. Then the process from booking to getting the survey done and the results was seamless. The survey was done and given on the same day of inspection which was amazing and Aidan did an unbelievable job. He checked every nook and cranny and happily had a call with me to go through the survey and answer any and every question or concern I had. He showed amazing expertise and was super easy to contact and kept us updated from assigning a date to the results. Would highly recommend.
