Very quick and detailed report

Long overdue report that helps first time buyers in an impartial way. Cost effective and I got the report in 20mins.

Very professional and timely survey conducted. The report is comprehensive. It was very smooth process and GetHouseSurvey took care of everything. They don't ask extra for boundry wall and cover everything for your house survey in a single package. Happy with survey and recommended

Very efficient , received detailed report the same day as survey was done . Report itself was easy to read and traffic light system to indicate whether there is major works to be carried out to the property and if it needed urgent attention or it could be done in a next few years was very helpful .

We came across GetHouseSurvey online and reached out for timelines and a quote. Within hours we had all the info we needed and we booked a house survey for 3 working days later (all other providers were saying 3 weeks). We were promised a report within 2 working days of survey completion, and instead received a robust report within 2 hours of survey completion. The entire process from start to finish was updated in a tracker via email, from booking, paying, surveyor booking, survey completion & report delivery. I am so impressed by the service from start to finish!

Recommended. Booking and payment process was very straightforward. Excellent communication throughout from booking up to delivery of the report 5 working days later. My surveyor, Aidan, did a very comprehensive report- the sample report on their website is a good indication of the detail. Followup was offered if I had any questions but I didn't need to use this. Cost was in line with others who had given me quotes.

Had the unfortunate need to use them twice after 1st house sale fell through. First time around could not fault our surveyor and the report. Second time around initial report was okay - but had some passages we tried to clear with the surveyor Paul, he had also ignored questions we had asked prior to him visiting the property as they were not addressed in the report. Had to contact the company multiple times (and various people) to try and get - an eventual weak - response and then were completely ignored with the questions we had from that eventual reply. We are 50/50 in our two time hence the 3 stars but would not recommended off the back of our most recent experience.

Very fast and efficient service. I was able to log my request and Sam replied to me with answers and sample surveys to allay my concerns. The whole process from start to finish(receipt of structural survey) was 4 working days. Very happy and it's one less thing to worry for me

Moved to review because of how exceptionally smooth the whole process was. Fill in a quick form and boom, a quality survey arranged and done! Wish the whole house buying process was this straightforward instead of the inefficient nightmare that it is. Survey was very helpful and reassuring. All in all, very satisfied with the experience.

These guys are super helpful, great communication and a really quick turnaround time for a pre-purchase survey in Dublin City. Highly recommended.
