First I want to say the install crew was the best! They were fast professional and cleaned up everything they did 5star! 2 star is the internal I was sent four choices for roofing colors. I picked the tan colored roof On day of insulation, the shingles are gray. I sent a message to my “project manager “ In the office saying that the color doesn’t look correct he told me he would get back to me once the supply manager comes in.. Hours later, I asked a question again and send a picture of the house saying that they were gray and not matching what we picked This is the response. “ Color is subjective - everyone can see something slightly different, especially when viewed with different devices, each with their own display settings.” I have included the photos of what I was sent and what I got. Do your due diligence to make sure you get what you want from this company.
