Had a service tech out to my house today to look at my dryer and was told the part needed would be 380$ his cost plus 250$ labor, but the part was discontinued. Called a local appliance parts store and got the part for 89$. I'll do the labor myself! Paid 100$ cash for the visit. Never again, didn't get any invoice or anything. Needless to say they won't be getting any more of my business.

I made an error booking with two different companies, and only discovered it when Eli from Get a Pro was headed over to take a look at my washer. Even though I didn’t have service completed by Get a Pro, the way Eli handled my mixup was of the highest levels of customer service and I will definitely be calling for my next repair. Eli, thank you and my apologies once again.

I rarely write reviews, but I want to express my gratitude for the quality work done in repairing my LG refrigerator (the refrigerator compartment wasn’t working). Regardless of the fact that the technicians had to put in extra effort for a couple of days and perform a special capillary system repair - everything was done promptly, punctually, and within reasonable price limits. Thank you!

Wonderful service! Our fridge broke and stopped cooling, and I called around 10 am, urgently requesting same-day service as the temperature inside was rising. The technician, Daniel, promised to come later in the day, securing a part and fixing it by a little after 6 pm. Great tech and fantastic service.
