the smokeless logs are easy to order. However they only last at most 2 hours a cartridge and at the price offered becomes very expensive in the cold weather months if you want a sustained fire going. I would pay more if the two hours could be extended to at least 3 . Also, to fill up the dedicated space where the cartridges go you need to light two of them at the same time otherwise it is a fire only centered in a larger area, looking rather sparse. Ideally, the cartridges should be larger so you need only one at a time.
Also, there is a tendency for the gel to leak out or spill when you receive delivery. If contacted, the company does rectify this but you may not know it immediately as the cartridges are wrapped in plastic and you don't take off the plastic until you are about to use that cartridge.
For the price, they can do better.

I recently worked with Antonio to purchase a cabinet for my living room. He was patient and beyond helpful throughout the process. I visited the showroom twice to see the different products offered. He walked me through the specifics I needed for my coop board to approve the install. He also connected me to True Form concrete to build a surround for me. Our Hearth Cabinet is beautiful, and the gel fuel canisters from Smokeless Log (unscented) are the only fuel we use. The flame is bright & beautiful and the snap & crackle are realistic. It's been a real boon to our environment. We love to sit and read or have a glass of wine. It can really change your mood from grumpy to grateful during the cold, dreary and damp NYC winter. Also, Customer Service is excellent and responsive.

Our Ventless Fireplace came out perfectly in our living room of our New York City apartment. The customer service has been amazing, and we have already enjoyed a few fires despite it still being summer.

HearthCabinet is amazing! I ordered my fireplace in late 2018 and it was installed in early 2019. Six years later it just looks great and as good as new. It has been such a cozy part of my living room and I love the feeling of calm that it creates!
