Exceptional service from start to finish—highly recommend! I chose GE Solutions based on their excellent reviews, and they lived up to every single one. The entire process was seamless. Their online quoting system was fantastic—they didn't ask me to send pictures of the property, and they were honest enough not to place panels on the proposal where the sun wouldn’t reach. They provided a highly competitive and detailed proposal, and handled the DNO application immediately (which amazingly came back in just two days!). Alan and Joe both visited the site at different times to review everything. From the start, I felt they would go the extra mile, which gives you real peace of mind when spending such a significant sum of money. Installation was booked for the following week. The dedicated team arrived, put the scaffolding up, and got straight to work. They were incredibly polite, really nice chaps, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The whole job—including taking the scaffolding back down—was finished in a single day. There was absolutely no mess left behind. I am absolutely delighted with our solar panels and batteries. If you are looking for a professional, honest, and efficient company, then you can't go wrong with GE Solutions

We highly recommend GE Solutions UK. An extremely fast and efficient service with a friendly hardworking team. From the very first phone call Alan offered a fantastic experience. We received our quote the same day. We met with Alan and he explained everything about the process to us and sorted out the paperwork needed. Within 2 weeks our solar panels were installed and working brilliantly. The delivery then installation team were fantastic. They worked so hard in very warm conditions and were courteous and friendly and very efficient. Alan connected all the system together (through sweltering heat) and explained everything so that we had a good understanding how it all worked After a few days we had a follow up meeting online where Alan went through all the telemetry, explaining what we were looking at etc. and that we could get in touch with any issues anytime. We would definitely recommend GE Solutions UK ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing company to deal with had our WiFi renewed recently and needed help reconnecting the system to the monitoring app on our setup installed in 2022 spoke to Alan Graham at lunchtime today it’s now 7pm and after a visit from Alan with re linking the WiFi is perfect, can’t impress how efficient this company’s approach is to there business the original 22 installation was also carried out with precision, cleanliness, arriving and departing exactly as estimated, it has performed efficiently without intervention You can see below some info this supports a 4bed 3 bath det If your looking for for an installation or an upgrade from an old system with in-efficient panels look no further amazing

After spending around 18 months speaking with solar companies across the West Midlands, I only wish I’d contacted GE Solutions sooner. Their pricing was just as competitive as anyone else I spoke to, but the service was genuinely outstanding. They sent a four-man team and completed the installation of 16 panels and a battery in a single day, with scaffolding all handled as well. The team were polite, respectful, punctual, and worked efficiently throughout. Communication was excellent, with quick email responses and no pushy follow-up calls, which I really appreciated. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Alan and his team were fantastic from start to finish and we've got some rather gorgeous looking solar panels now powering our home. We were recommended GE Solutions by a neighbor after admiring their recent installation. Alan was extremely informative and helpful in our initial telecom and then spent a good amount of time giving us information and guidance when he popped around to do the initial consultation. We were booked in and within 2 weeks of initial contact now have 16 panels powering our home electricity supply. This included taking out and disposing of an original installation of hot water panels that were on our property, that were no longer serving our purposes. Alan has organised everything, from start to finish, and the service has been supported by efficient and effective administration. The whole team was lovely, polite, tidy and efficient. The quality of the work would definitely have passed even my dad's quality control - an excellent job all round, arrived at 8 am, everything finished by 6 pm on the same day! Significantly more cost effective and higher quality/standards than what we nearly went for through our electricity supplier - and we're supporting a local business in the process! Couldn't be happier.

Short version - amazing. Longer version - I'm very happy to recommend GE Solutions; they installed a 19 panel solar array split over 2 roofs with a fox inverter/battery for me in April 2026. We ended up choosing GE Solutions because their quote was competitively priced and tailored to our property. They also included the cost of scaffolding (so there were no extras). Once we'd decided to go ahead, we only had to wait just over a week for the installation (which felt fast!). On the installation day, everything was completed in time. I felt the quality of the workmanship was great - neat and tidy wiring, no mess left behind and they all gave me the impression of caring about the quality of their work and not just treating it like 'yet another job'. They're very much a family firm, and I liked that "Alan the sales guy in a suit" was also "Alan the electrician" who turned up with his team on the day to do the install. I'm glad I chose to use GE Solutions and didn't opt to go for a system from one of the nationwide brands; I feel we've had better service and will get better support.

It's very, very rare that I deal with any company and I'm not left feeling a little bit disappointed by certain aspects. GE electrical solutions are a rare breed ! I read the reviews before contacting them about my solar install. All were 5 star and now after having 28 panels on my roof, paired with a hybrid inverter and battery, including back up in the case of a Power cut, I can see why. Literally everything is thought of. There's no add-ons such as the back up or bird protection etc, as they are all included. Alan Graham the owner knows that for the system to run correctly then everything needed to make that happen, has to be included. My system was installed with 2 weeks of me replying to their quote, including the DNO application which Alan sorted for us. Btw, the quote was sent a month earlier and there were no annoying emails, sales calls during that period. They were the only company not to do so which we appreciated. The work completed was faultless. Everything was explained meticulously and all equipment insurances and building documents etc were completed by Alan. I've just had a teams meeting with Alan to go through the Fox ESS app. We now understand exactly how everything works. No stone is left unturned! The system installed is surpassing all expectations so far and I'm producing far more electric than I could ever use and it's the only March!

If only every experience was a seamless, efficient, friendly and professional as my recent solar install with Graham Solar. Alane and the team were amazing from my first inquiry to the full install and follow-up after care. I cant praise them high enough. I have been looking at this for two years and now just wish I had done it earlier. If you are in their area and looking for a solar installation your really must give them a ring, there are many providers but few that will meet this level of service.

The installation went far more smoothly than we expected and was completed professionally and with the minimum of inconvenience - the whole team worked exceptionally hard to complete the installation within 2 days. Alan not only explained in detail all the handover documentation (which included an app to monitor usage) but also completed all the paperwork from joining the grid through to completing the warranties. An exceptional and professional service.

We had numerous quotes for a Solar and home battery solution. Allan from GE solutions was the only provider who paid attention to our home usage and explained how the solution he proposed would tailor to our needs. He quote was competitive and the solution was perfect for our needs. His team of installers did a fantastic job, clean install, fast, respectful... they consulted us every aspect of the install. Joe was especially fantastic and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. If you're looking at Solar and Home Battery solutions, I can't recommend GE highly enough.
