First time visiting this shop yesterday. Immediately greeted by friendly staff and given directions on how to pick up my online order. Same prices as home.
They were out of lighters this time, but there's a shop right next door if that happens to you.
I got a Pink Cookies Moon Rock pre roll. Smoked it last night and woke up stoned this morning. Didn't need a wake n bake. Definitely going back when I'm back in town.

S/O to Crystal, I asked if they had and sour in stock and she put me on…as soon as I smelled it it reminded me of 08-12’ but when I smoked it….it most definitely brought that feeling back, it’s the closest thing you’ll get so I most definitely recommend it for all my sour diesel lovers out there.

It's very sad to be treated in a racist and classist way simply for being dark-skinned and appearing to be poor. The person who served me at the register clearly hadn't received any customer service training. Discrimination shouldn't exist in NYC, especially not when a Black person is serving another person of color.
First time in New York. Went with a group of friends. We decided that our first spot was to stop by at a dispensary and I’m glad I did my research!!! I actually came in twice on the 5 days I was there.

Now I’m reminded why customer service is important to me. That’s why I’m going back to Nicklz.
It’s such a waste of my time and $ to go somewhere where mediocrity is the rule.
